Privacy Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

Bargain Express (bargainexpress.com.au) is an Australian website that shares one deal each day. This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect directly

This site has no user accounts, sign-up forms, comments or newsletter. We do not ask you for personal information to use it. If you email us at admin@bargainexpress.com.au, we will receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and we will use it only to reply to you.

Server logs

Like most websites, our web hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and the date and time. This is used for security, troubleshooting and keeping the site running. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.

Cookies and advertising

This site may display ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at aboutads.info. To learn more about how Google uses data from sites that use its services, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Doing so will not stop you using this site, though the ads you see may be less relevant.

Affiliate and sponsored links

Some links to retailers on this site are affiliate links. If you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not determine which deals we feature. Once you leave this site, the retailer's own privacy policy applies to any information you give them.

Analytics

We do not currently use our own analytics tools. If we add them in future, we will update this policy to describe what is collected and why.

Third-party websites

This site links to retailers and other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Children

This site is a general-audience deals site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your rights and contact

We handle any personal information we hold in line with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@bargainexpress.com.au. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you may also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed, and the current version is always available on this page.
